Joe hasn’t been in the WH since Jan 20 2021. And I am talking about the East Coast replacement. Old Joe died in 2019. The fake Joe appears to go in and out to board the helicopter and other stuff. Only security and staff are in the WH. They did do one Christmas there, but it was just the musicians, singers and such. The WH and the executive office building have been essentially dark.
