The whole point of advertising is to increase sales. All this does is ensure that the "regular folk" will boycott (ff possible(. I seriously doubt this will have your average blue hair running to give Sam a hug. And your Zoom class thinks it is beneath them to shop in person so I don't really see how this impacts anything.
