Dr. to exam her? It just might expose “something”. How intensive is the President’s yearly physical? Do they ask them to “turn and cough”? I think she just might fail it!

Doctors don't talk about what's in the underpants of their patients to just anyone that asks. Also, I would assume that as first lady, Big Mike has already has a medical history at the White House and it hasn't been an issue yet.
