Trump vows ‘largest deportation operation in US history’ if elected
I got married a few months ago and I now have a new stepdaughter. She began looking for a job a last month and was hired by a local restaurant, washing dishes, clearing tables. This was her first job!
Her employer sent her a collection of pre-employment forms she had to fill out online. She was having trouble doing it on her phone, I went online with my computer to help her out. One of the forms she had to fill out was called a I-9 form.
The I-9 form is an Employment Eligibility Verification form through the US Citizenship and Immigration Services.
"All U.S. employers must properly complete Form I-9 for every individual they hire for employment in the United States."
"This includes citizens and noncitizens."
Form I-9 Compliance Violations to Avoid

The I-9 violations may result in civil and criminal penalties. Civil fines for I-9 paperwork violations range from $272 to $2,701 per violation and the fine increases with each repeated violation. If it turns out that an employer knowingly hired or continued to employ a worker without work authorization, the penalties to pay range from $676 to $27,018 per worker. The ICE can issue even higher fines in cases with aggravating circumstances. Criminal penalties ensue in cases when an employer engages in a pattern or practice of knowingly employing unauthorized workers or has been proven to have committed other severe violations.
Huge fines can be applied if employers fail to comply with this employment verification process.
What it means is there is a government database of illegal aliens. Names and addresses of each and every one of them who have applied for employment.
Perhaps this is why our government is supplying the phones that Trump talked about. The phones themselves can be used to find their geolocation as well.
Obviously, not all of the illegal aliens will be in this database however, once the Trump deportation begins, they will all realize their time has come and they will begin to self deport.

Congrats on the wedding and new marriage!
Ask your stepdaughter what the procedures are at her work, though, regarding this. I know multiple small restaurants near me that just don’t register the illegals working for them as no one has ever asked to check their payroll lists. If someone does stop by, they tell the illegal employees not to come in that day.
Thank you very much! I occasionally eat at the restaurant where she is working, it is within walking distance from my home. I have never seen any illegals working there.
That’s good!
My experience in Pennsylvania was not like that at all.
