So, the many Irish traveled weeks on a ship, then they arrived in a port. Then what happened at that port at their immigration that caused so many of them to die on the train, hours later?

I’m familiar with Malvern PA but never heard of that Memorial. What does it say is the cause of death? Do you know the real story?
