people tend to think that means either normal suggestive/hypnotic stuff, or some kinda brainwave telepathy tech or whatever...

neither are the main component of mk. mk is primarily trauma based mind control... this involves subjecting a person to such extreme physical and psychological torture that their mind splits into multiple personalities. the personalities can then be molded as individual people... and don't consciously share a memory. thus it is a very secure, but very sick system. there's a whole science to it. powerful knowledge in the wrong hands.
