Possible comms - "Be at the base by 6 AM"...

The general meaning of the phrase "watch your six" means to watch your back.

"I got your six" essentially means that "I've got your back" and is used throughout the military and law enforcement. Essentially, it means "I've got you covered", "I'm backing you up", so there is no need to worry because I'm there to help out, and you'll be safe.

It may also mean nothing more than be here at 6 AM.
