I think our general lack of trust in being grouped, tagged, identified, corralled, etc. has the majority of us staying very far away from the twitter, facebook, and other social media identifying groups. Joining a silicon valley social media based group doesnt seem like a good idea to me. I'll try to keep things as anon and disassociated as possible. Avoid the honey pot kind of mentality seems like the better option. I'm not avoiding the battlefield, but I'm not going to the zone the enemy operates in and putting all of my carriers into the same port.

You don't have to put out a bunch of personal info, just go in and troll. Most of the real idiots have gone over to threads, and there's a ton of salt to mine there too. Or don't go, but you're missing out on a lot of REEEEing and fun.
