Husband has $7k in his 401k, and i have about $5k. We are both nervous about losing it all from Blackrock's douchey money grab plan for their bailouts. What do y'all suggest we do with the money? Only gold and silver? Save some of it in the accounts? GME/DWAC? How do we least get screwed in this scenario?

You can't get it out of your 401k. 40% max. Just sit on it, stop any frivolous purchases and buy as much silver as you can afford. Edit: stop contributing to it!!!
You can close out a 401k and withdraw everything but the upfront tax is 50% (30% federal plus 20% early withdrawal). Just better to take out a loan and slowly repay the loan but you must make sure to invest it in something that will exceed the loan interest.
Whatever you get is taxed again as income. I can't withdraw it without losing my job. Goyim lose no matter what
I've spent my life collecting skills and knowledge. It's the only thing they can't take away from me, although I expect to lose my life if we lose this war. Don't get too attached to your property and possessions, just keep fighting for your freedom.
First, check with your company(s) to see if you are allowed to transfer funds to another account. Most will not allow that, but some will allow one a year, otherwise only able to transfer when you leave the company. Set up a self directed IRA (or Roth IRA if you don't need the tax break). Contribute only enough to the company plan to get the matching contribution - that's free money, don't turn your nose up at it. Transfer your existing funds if allowed. Add as much as you can depending on your circumstance and tax level to your individual IRA or Roth. Now you are in control and can build consistent with you values.
We have diversified but not touched the 401k itself due to penalties and we live as if it’s not there anyway. Stop adding to it if you fear. Know your companies’ matching policies and know how much risk you’re comfortable with v “leaving money on the table” so to speak. Accumulate some cash, goods that increase with inflation that you know you’ll consume, possibly crypto, gold, silver. Clif High would say generally convert it out of Ferns or federal reserve notes.
I took out a max loan each year for the past two years and been investing in DWAC stock and crypto. I got in early and have been making bank. This isnt financial advice. Just letting you know there's this option. Loan interest was only 10% and selected to repay the loan back within a year out of each pay check and can be recouped from investment plus its inflated away, may be diff this year? not sure since interest has gone up.
Partially roll some of it over to a gold IRA?

I've though a lot about this - if we truly understand the great awakening then the crash which is inevitable (al fiat goes to zero and covid deficit sped up the demise) - black hats have their CBDC replacement plan - we must believe that white hats have an alternative. Even if you have gold and silver it can be confiscated as in the 1930s and that will surely happen if the cabal wins.
Odds are the cabal wont be able to confiscate gold because most people who are hoarding gold will have guns. Once word gets out that there's a confiscation, it can be buried or hidden. No one will keep it under the mattress for the black boots to take.

CBDC, if it takes over, would render all other currency useless and would transform our lives into a digital world. Where your bank account can be manipulated and drained for not pleasing the overlords. I would rather personally have money to spend that's real and tangible

We're setting aside a chunk for a spread of dividend stocks. That won't do us much good for "end of the world "situations, but it seems to do an okay job of scaling with inflation if you set the payouts to reinvest. I don't think it should be the only thing you do, but I'd say check it out and see if you would want to do some amount like that.
And some amount in trade-able things a survival situation, as even silver can't be eaten.
