Yes. Because Russians would have so much to gain from sending terror threats to schools in Texas.
If I had to guess. It was some ill advised and poorly thought out stunt by kids and Teenagers in the district to either get out of having to take Finals, or get more time to study. As it is getting close to that time of the year for Public Schools.
