Never was a fan of democracy, it should never have moved beyond the tool used to resolve a disagreement that was it's origin.

Democracy as a governing principle is crowdsourcing the biggest caveman with the biggest club, it would be in line with democracy if 51% voted to kill the remaining 49%.

If used it should only be used to break a deadlock and the result should ONLY apply to the people that voted and agreed to abide by the result...
