I have a first hand account of this happening in my orbit. Chilean street gang(unnames by LE). I work at a place that had their 1200 acre woody property used to accessa bordering home for robbery. They were away on vacation the week the group hit. Like article says, in and out. Jewelry and so forth.

These guys were caught (supposedly) in Cali. Nothing recovered. The story involves a fat white chick renting a local room. Picks up the robbery team from Airport. Transports to and fro. They hand off the goods for ground transport to other. Team flies away.

There are more details of course, but I can't write everything here.

The level of planning was pretty impressive. They went through a swamp in the woods, came up the back side of the home (from our property). Middle of the night.

One big detail that came back to get this group.

The first stop they make is Home Depot. They buy the tools before the breaks. Bolt cutters that were used to cut our chains / locks that prevent ingress, gloves, etc., traceable. And they leave it all at the scene. So we just traced them back to the store video.

Anyhow , that's my story. These bums are out there. They are extremely well organized and funded. They should be left on your doorstep, if seen in the wild.
