Elon, I know you read here or at least have people who point out certain posts and comments to you. You probably enjoy the comments from people like me except for when we criticize electric cars, but the precious metal mining issues, the battery logistics, and the burden on the current electrical grid aren’t problems that we created. I don’t have solutions for the issues of inhumane mining work conditions, the environmental disfigurement from mining, or the scarcity of the metals, beyond what you’ve already thought of such as off-planet mining. I do have an idea for improved battery logistics, though: use a similar model to how Home Depot manages propane tanks where customers bring in a tank that is empty and leave with a different tank that’s full. You’re already working on making the batteries less massive and expensive. Continue that to the point that they’re easily interchangeable. Make it a simple process to detach a battery from a vehicle, and make it possible to inspect a battery quickly for being undamaged and able to hold a charge. Then set up the charging stations to swap empty batteries for full ones for a fee, so that drivers can go on their way instead of waiting for charging. Then work on powering the charging stations independently of the grid. I realize this is easier said than done, but at least you know that I empathize with your problems which I hope can inspire some good will.

You’re probably aware of a comment from a few weeks ago that said until Xtwitter reinstates people like Nick Fuentes and Andrew Anglin, your free speech claims are empty words. Alex Jones is kind of like Fuentes and Anglin, so that’s great that Jones is reinstated, but the claim that he’s the most censored person in the world is clearly fraudulent when those other guys are still censored and he’s not. Reinstate Fuentes and Anglin now.
