If he is a prosecutor, doesn’t he have at least a “position of public trust” security clearance? Is the information in the clearance application subject to a FOIA request? That could give a starting point for an investigation.
What, a position of public trust? I had one as a contractor to the postal service. It’s the lowest level of clearance, basically a fingerprint and national agencies check.

Ahhh. I did that for a substitute teacher, but didn't think of it as a clearance. You could be right.
