Back in the day, I was a temp for Pfizer R/D site statistics facility in Groton CT. We entered all the trial drug data. They also employed statisticians who then manipulated the trial drug data including adverse affects prior to passing drugs with the FDA. If I remember correctly, drugs only had to be 30% effective to be approved for general use…
Damn. 30%. That's sick. No wonder I don't take it. I used to work for Glaxosmithkline taking and inputting data and sending off. I knew there were lots of adverse effects and start to learn herbals instead.
yeap - many depression meds stats state 5-% or less success rates - should just state dont work. yet placebos have rates as well as 80+ %. Mind over matter seems more powerful
