Thanks for the tip. I'm very aware of the dangers of sugar and gluten. I'll admit I have always had a horrible sweet tooth and I'm working on that. As soon as Christmas is over I'm going to eat mostly beef (if not 100%). I don't know if I'll commit 100% to beef but I'm going to try my best. Have a freezer full of local beef and I love beef.
