Thanks I've never heard of Zelenko protocol, I'll be doing research for sure. I was taking D3w/K, zinc, C, elderberry syrup & vinegar, honey, ginger (vermonts brand) religiously and still got sick three times in 2022. Had a terrible cold or something in July bad soar in August had COVID in September (yeah was stupid and tested) never again. Some time in 2022 was so sick had to go to dr for antibiotics by then testing was stopped treated for strep. I've never had it and don't think I did then. My brother and two cousins always got it and I was exposed a lot never got it so I'm doubtful it was strep, guess something that was released.
