You’ve limited the scope of this discussion to people who use social media/ the internet, so by definition all of those so-called victims of harassment are people trying to influence other people. If they weren’t, they would keep their deviance/ feminism/ vaxx gullibility to themselves and not advertise those things online. They aren’t victims, they’re volunteers. Being “cruel” to them by being direct and honest about their foolishness sometimes helps them reform themselves, but more importantly it serves as edification and as a deterrent for the other people the freaks are trying to influence.
I don’t say anything to the leftists and other freaks unless they wander onto my turf, such as here, mostly because I don’t care enough about them, but I’m not going to try to pooh-pooh the right-wingers who have the stomach for correcting the freaks.
