You don't need warrants for that info. It's all held by the state. I never had to ask for anything but signature logs from the pharmacy. State keeps the entire record including the doctor who prescribed. Had a nurse switching a cancer patients pain killers with ibuprofen and stealing the hydrocodine. Had tw3nty charges on her. Anyway that's how I know this.
