Was he, Ryan, trying to twist Johnson's arm for something he thought should be done, like give up the border security and just give Ukraine the money?? Who knows unless Ryan and Johnson are in a press conference together and say what exactly happened. Remember Clinton was on a plane (on the tarmac of all places) with the attorney general, Loretta Lynch, and "only talked about grandchildren". Right!
