In Chicago: I haven't seen anything more than the typical seasonal flu occurrences. Of course they're mostly people who ran out to get their free flu shots which were pushed out all the way back in October. Also most of them are still in the office or still working remotely while sick, nobody's been rushing off to the hospital over their sniffles.
