The parties are now discussing the value of the "Grondwet", which is not in operation due to art 120, which states that judges are not allowed to question any law in relation to the "Grondwet", and that international agreements supersede the "Grondwet".
In other word, this Grondwet is totally useless. Thanks UK (1815).
At any rate, what the cartel parties want is that PVV of Geert Wilders will retract the statements made based on the values expressed in the "Grondwet".
The nitty gritty is, that these Cartel Parties ( except FvD) have agreed to legislation that is counter to:
"De Grondwet";
International Agreements like I.C.C.P.R.
The have left no human right untouched.
Of course, this discussion with the aim to allow PVV back into the Cartel Herd, is theatre, clown-world. However, PVV is not really a freedom party, but a national socialist party, where national and socialist have to be understood separately and not in the German terms of 1933-1945.
In other words, it is more of the same. The only real alternative is FvD, but it seems despite my views, I have totally miscalculated what the Dutch constituency would do. of the 10.5 million voters, 78% voted, and instead of concluding the obvious, they have en masse voted on PVV (37 seats), NSC ( CDA alternative with 25 seats or so) and VVD ( 25 seats or so) out of 150 seats. Logically, these three parties would be customarily be in the driver seat to form a coalition, that eventually will provide for the executive leadership like ministers, Prime-Minister, state-secretaries, etc.
The real power is in the civil servants departments.
And it would be quite fitting to see some youtube videos of the series: Yes, Minister.
It seems that the Dutch in general 8 out of 10 does not trust the government. And rightly so, I would argue. It seems then this is the strategic outcome. I would expect the immigration issue to play a role, in that it will be limited, but not abolished, so the Cartel can restart it the moment they have the power back.
Since, the obvious choice has not been made, it can only mean that IF there comes a PVV lead coalition and government, that:
A lot of policies will be tweaked towards the Agenda 2030 crowd ( VVD, NSC)
PVV has to make a lot of concessions, which I think will be quite an issue, politically.
Which means that there is perhaps a different coalition but then PvdA/Greenleft and/or BBB will be part of that together with NSC/CDA + VVD. A purple coalition, as they would then call it, reminiscent of the Purple Coalition that brought Pim Fortuijn out of the woodworks in 2000 ( see book: the Pile of Garbage of 10 years Purple).
To give some perspective on what is going on:
