Looks obvious to me he was feeling like major shit before and feels a lot better post-treatment. If you are claiming his skull actually looks different to you then that's an opinion, not a factual statement. I don't know what quatro is but there is such thing as surgery for a lot of things in the modern world. What I find truly pathetic is people like you have been trolled amazingly by fuckin' John Fetterman.
