Get starlink at your cabin. Purchase a small inverter to supply A/C power to starlink by attaching to your 12 volt batteries. (I assume you have battery power or a generator) Go to this site for how to. "Wi-Fi calling routes your voice calls and text messages through a Wi-Fi network rather than a cellular network.
