On the day, people reported seeing buses appear in front of the Capitol. They arrived under police escort! A body of people disembarked and the events were videoed and posted on Facebook. Needless to say, that video was not up for very long!
I don't know if these were the same buses as the ones being talked about here but it does look like part of the same plan. The only mistake they made was thinking that Trump's speech would start on time. It started about an hour late so the "insurrection" was underway before the speech ended.
I was freezing my ass off in the VIP section. While waiting for my taxi at the Holiday Inn National Mall, an led Midwest lady told me she saw the three white buses being escorted by police!

I recall watching the event on TV and on the phone reporting what I was seeing to someone stuck in traffic on route to a meeting in Alexandria. I told her there are 3 white buses parked in front of the Capitol but the Trump supporters are all walking there. She told me those buses have to be govt because there is no parking permitted there.
On another note, as Trumpers were WALKING toward the Capitol I also told her there are a lot of people already there. As I was giving her the play-by-play she told me it was not possible for Trump supporters to have walked the distance from the Mall or WH to the Capitol (especially in such a crowd) in such a short time. In other words, people were planted at the Capitol before the Trumpers even got there.
