i've long since believed the dad was responsible for the little girls death. i believe he had her sacrificed, possibly Masonic-related.

he may have also been pimping her out, things "went bad" & she was killed.
perhaps Ghislane Maxwell had a part in the girl being sold for sex & when things went awry, she "covered" for the dad.
something along the lines of "don't worry, it's on us. we'll make sure you & your wife stay out of jail, make you look like victims & we'll use our blackmail & money to bribe or pay off anyone coming after you."
