A car collided with part of President Biden's parked motorcade in Wilmington, Delaware. Secret Service agents drew their weapons on the driver as the vehicle appeared rammed into an SUV.

remember that time a car lunged towards Trumps motorcade and it didn't even make it half way across the oncoming lane? IMO either FF or more evidence Joe is not the president.
