It started a few years back, she has confessed to me she suspects the vaccine could have started it all. We are not sure if it’s MS. Appointment with neurologist upcoming. If y’all have any suggestions, I could try to run it by her. Links, research, anything that you anons may have read that I can back up and show her would be appreciated.

I have MS. Diagnosed in 2018, so not vax related, as I didn’t get that one, but might have developed it from one of the other many jabs the Army gave me years ago.
It sucks. There are some shit days, but also, it’s manageable. I have the relapsing and remitting sort, so it’s not as bad as it could be. As was suggested, diet can help a lot. I’ve been going light on carbs recently, and heavier on protein, but still with a calorie deficiency (trying to lose weight too) and a I’ve been feeling better than I have in years. MS is not the slow and painful death sentence I thought it was. It just makes some changes necessary.
Also, I’m covered by the VA so there’s that, but Ocrevus has been pretty decent. Tysabri didn’t do shit for me but make me feel more rundown than before the infusion, but your mileage may vary.
I’m at the point now that it’s becoming harder to tell what is MS screwing with me or just plain getting older. Good luck, and message me if there’s any specifics you’re curious about.
See my post regarding psilocybin in this thread.

Good luck, and try to stay active. Walking helps a lot. I wish I could remember the medicine my uncle was taking (it was experimental at the time but helped him lead a normal life for about 20 years) but unfortunately I can't.
