Now. It's just an outline map of the continental US. If you're concerned about Alaska and Hawaii not being in there, they were added in 1959. I counted the stars in the flag, and if I counted correctly, there are 46 stars. This would mean before New Mexico and Arizona became states. They are the two that turned the flag from 46 stars to 48.
Sometimes an image is just a stock image.
Not the outline of the US at the top. The map at the very bottom of the image.
It's very tiny. I had only noticed the world globe layer pointing to the Middle East. The underlying map of the US, Mexico, and Caribbean seems to be a standard world atlas map. It's way too small and pixilated to tell anything about it. None of the text is readable. An expert might be able to recognize it based on the colors, such as CA being red and OR being green, or perhaps based on the overall style.
I have seen similar maps, but don't know myself which one.
