If Presidential Immunity is denied then Judicial and Executive Immunity should be questioned also. If a judge makes a decision that is later overturned on appeal or a cabinet secretary or other executive fails to strictly carry out the law should they be subject to a damage claim or criminal charges. The Legislature is the only body specifically exempted by the Constitution from being questioned for actions performed during the course of their duty. A real can of worms could be opened here.
