Did the Judge say why it was the right thing to do? How did he justify it? I can't imagine any rational reason to keep the information away from the consuming public? Has any judge ever justified such a withholding of medical (meds) safety information?
We have reached the point in our nation's maturation where our guidence has become insane. Most of us... nonviolent citizens, are quickly approaching a disposition whereby we just can't allow any authority to levy any restrictions upon us without fully disclosing their justifications, explanations and rationale for doing so... if they don't, we just will not and cannot comply.
TO be fair, what he thinks matters very little. WHat we need to hear is a clear explanation for his ruling that justifies keeping such safety data from the people who are consuming the meds.

They are trying to burn those documents so they can say it got lost after a hack.
