How concerned - if at all - are they of people wearing high-tech / quality masks, prosthetics, etc. to impersonate someone?
It's a fact that the CIA literally does disguises as part of tradecraft; its just a question of how well will they withstand in-person scrutiny and such.
I can't imagine the USSS being like; "eh, you brought a plus one today, huh? Well, he's not on the list, but sure, whatever...."
