the other question is... if democrats get the supreme court to say he can be taken off the ballot if he is convicted of insurrection, how long til they shop for a judge willing to convict? even if he appeals to the supreme court and eventually gets it overturned colorado will have legal standing to get rid of him, along with any other state that wants to follow suit, until that supreme court challenge is finished.

They stopped quoting him to avoid showing he said peacefully.
