Yeah, he has said "tippy top" for decades. I think someone put a video up on YouTube showing him saying it over the years. I'll see if I can find it.

Edited to add: What's up with the downvoting? Do you think I'm lying, or are you upset because it casts doubt on Trump being Q+ and giving shout outs?

Because Trump has consistently given Q and Anons shout outs. Him having a history of saying "tippy top" doesn't negate all that.
