I believe the original poster 'Dr. Jebra Faushay' is a nom de plume, not unlike 'Libs of TikTok', created to bring us the cringiest compilation of wokesters.

But the blond male singer is a real person who is clearly troubled and dysphoric possessing an entitled attitude not unlike those SFO gay choir singers who sang 'We are Coming for Your Children' with smirks on their faces.
