As commander-in-chief it is within president Trump's legal, constitutional authority to give Mike (traitor) Pence a direct order to not certify the fraudulent election based on the legal criteria outlined in the US constitution, and protect the USA from hostile takeover.
There is nothing wrong, nor illegal about Trump telling/ordering/demanding that Pence not certify an election in dispute. And, the simple fact that the vote count was delayed by several days, in an unprecedented election event, qualifies as a disputed election result, alone.
