Poland borders the top left corner of Ukraine, Hungary borders the bottom left corner.

Let's not forget the other part of Western Ukraine - Transcarpathia with its ethnic Hungarians. Who have historically not been treated so well by the Ukraine government.

I would not be surprised to see Hungary get this area back into their country.
