Former President Donald Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, says that the ruling to keep him off of the Republican primary ballot in Colorado will be overturned by the US Supreme Court.

I'm not so sure, heard they might argue this is a state issue, alas I'm no lawyer. In the end, GOP might just shutdown the primaries in Colorado, an decide by caucus.

The CO Supreme Court heard the case and applied their spin on federal law and the constitution. It's their right to do that, but ultimately a federal court and the Supreme Court has the final say on federal laws and the constitution.
