Ok so i'm sick. Need help with getting the right OTC meds.
🧘Mental/Physical Health 🏋🏼♂️
I took an HCQ pill already, just looking for tips.
I woke up last night and vomited, and that continued for about 6 hours. I'm feeling better now but I'm very hungry and very thirsty but drinking anything makes me feel like puking.
Fever of 99.9*, sore throat, have to sit up or its puke time. Just need help to figure what to do. Totally ruined Christmas for my entire family since people were gonna be coming over tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday.
High dose vitamin D (10,000-15,000 IU), 50 MG zinc, high dose Vitamin C, 5 day course if proper dose HCQ or Ivermectin, Quercetin opposite end of the day from your HCQ or IVM dose.
Get a neilmed saline nasal rinse bottle. Use warm bottled water and add 1/2 tsp Betadine Iodine.
These are all things you need to always have on hand before you get sick. Stock up.
I'm pureblood and never swabbed my nose to "test". It just took me 12 days to get whatever nasty cold/flu/rona is going around so keep up on your supplements and keep hydrated Fren!
OOO, I do all those, but have never tried adding Betadine to the neilmed - what an awesome idea! thanks!

Worked great for me for a couple years now...
Can you point me to info on why this is a bad idea?
Thanks, I appreciate your concern. I wish you could have provided information backing it. There's a ton of studies to pick from that indicate if properly diluted, it's a helpful remedy. Like you said, they also say, not to ingest it. I know when I nasal rinse, I don't swallow it. I'm sure most don't.
I did look up concerns regarding saline and iodine nasal rinsing and wasn't able to find any. The only warnings I read was that if you have a sensitivity to iodine, to be careful and/or avoid it.
