The CCP has bankruptcy laws? Communism....communism has bankruptcy laws???? I always thought bankruptcy was a way to give folks who cannot get out of debt some relief, that makes me wonder if China is turning over a new leaf. Think about it, Godless countries probably would want their citizens to give until it hurts and when they go broke then they'd have to go work more hours in the salt mines to repay the creditor. Who knows, maybe Xi is a good guy who want to make his citizens happy, thus they won't toss stones at them when the really tough times hit. Oh well, hope their financial house gets put into a good spot soon. Ours is gonna hit a wall, hard, and it will not be pretty.
