I have precisely one manager who had my phone just in case I needed her to adjust my schedule, and I warned her if she gave it to ANYONE I'd block her, them, and anyone else. Also refuse to put any work app on my phone and told them if they want me to use an app to do my job they need to provide the device that runs it.
