As the coffin approaches Jeb is actually smiling fondly. Both he and Laura are turned to watch the coffin go by but Bush is rigid staring straight ahead. He can barely bring himself to look at it as it passes by. Laura flashes the booklet at jEB and HIS smile disappears and he looks shocked.

That is the biggest tell for me. Why would he go from smiling proudly to looking shocked in a split second? Laura looks pissed off for some reason.

The only thing we know is that some people, very high up people, received envelopes containing cards. Whatever was on the cards was enough to cause confusion. Who the hell gets up out of their seats at a funeral to start talking to each other? Hillary had a 'who gives a shit' reaction as you'd expect.
