rofl...OMG...this is hilarious.

Death administered by the military for treason appears to be via lethal injection. This is how they got it down to the minute with NoName. But we can always dream that they authorized hanging old handicapped dudes in wheel chairs just to see if the wheels would spin if he was strapped in.
