What a weirdly reductionist way of looking at it, and deliberately missing the point.
People have the freedom to have that electricity, those lights, etc.
North Korea doesn't even have that.
Yeah, I can see your point. There are obviously a LOT of differences beyond just lights between the two sides of that line. I was only commenting on the image itself, which I'll admit is a brilliant reflection of something profound. Similar to the satellite imagery of Dominican Republic vs. Haiti.
