I'll never forget the guy who turned in a bunch of "shotguns" to the police department. He made them himself with black iron pipe and pieces of wood.

Yes, that one was great. They ran out of money buying his pretend guns. I think that was the same one that was offering something like $100 so people were outbidding the buyback people for all the real guns.
