Strange, I searched to see if Brian Higgins was connected to Jefrey Epstein in any way, but I couldn't find any leads. How is he so successful? I was sure he must have the inside scoop on some top secret info - provided by by Epstein blackmailed CEOs - to have beaten the S&P by over 210%. Why is he wasting his time in Washington he should be on Wall street?
