I’m with you on that. My house is paid for, and currently valued a little over $1m. Not a day goes by anymore that I don’t contemplate the issue of should I sell it and move (either temporarily or permanently) someplace else, or stick it out here where I LOVE living (near beach, surrounded by great mountain biking trails, great weather, in a red area, etc).
