I think it started with them pointing out Trump flew on Epstein's private plane multiple times. Then during Maxwell's trial they highlighted that Epstein introduced witness "Jame" to Trump at Mar-a-lago when Jane was just 14, although NBC at least mentioned Jane didn't allege any improper behavior.
