NO, IT IS CAUSED BY POLICIES IMPLEMENTED BY DEMO-SHITS IN THE 60S. LBJ and his Great Society instituted welfare, and stipulated free money as long as there were no eligible working males in the home. What do you think happened? More babies = more money. More babies without daddies. When LBJ did this, the out-of-wedlock birthrate for blacks was 25%, and now it is 90%. Who destroyed black families? LBJ, and with it, the cities where they live.
