I assume that you have already read the entirety of the Canadian Currency Act and you indicate that you have not found anything on the contents from Bill C-124 in the Act, but its not impossible that they migrated those powers in some other law over the years. The Deep State does not give up that easily. I have no clue about Canadian law but after reading Bill C-124 you can't help but conclude that its pure evil draconian Marxist Communism, and I know enough about the Deep State to believe that the government would never give up such extraordinary powers that they could legally invoke to enable the WEF mandates to kick in. I just did a quick search on Bill C-124 and I can't find it on the internet, wonder why...... its part of Canadian history. They want your land and resources, best wishes.
